Large-Scale Onshore Wind Opportunity in England

Onshore Wind Opportunity
“Eaubrink”
Eaubrink is a large-scale greenfield opportunity in England with an indicative onshore wind capacity of up to 192 MW. The site extends across approximately 3,400 hectares, or 8,400 acres, and could potentially accommodate up to 40 wind turbines.
Initial assessments indicate a mean wind speed of 7.7 m/s at a reference hub height of 83 metres. Caeli is preparing Eaubrink for introduction to qualified onshore wind developers through the Caeli marketplace.
The Eaubrink data room is scheduled to open on 13 August 2026. Interested project developers can book a project presentation now to learn more about the site, the available information and the planned tender process.
All figures are indicative and remain subject to further technical, grid, planning, environmental, land and commercial assessment.
Part of a Growing UK Project Pipeline
Eaubrink is the first opportunity in a growing pipeline of UK onshore wind sites being assessed by Caeli.
Two further priority sites in England and Wales are currently undergoing assessment, alongside additional early-stage opportunities across England and Scotland.
The individual sites are at different stages of assessment. Their potential and suitability will be reviewed further before they progress to the Caeli marketplace.
By registering an interest in the wider pipeline, project developers can receive information about future opportunities relevant to their regional focus and development strategy.
The Caeli Marketplace
The Caeli marketplace connects landowners and project developers through a transparent and competitive process.
For project developers, it provides access to new land and project opportunities supported by digital site analysis and clearly presented project information.
For Eaubrink, Caeli coordinates the introduction of the opportunity, access to available project information and the subsequent tender process.
Project developers that are not yet registered with Caeli can also schedule an introductory meeting to learn more about the marketplace and onboarding process.
Important Information
The capacity, turbine number, wind resource and other project figures presented on this page are indicative estimates based on the information and assessments currently available.
They do not represent a planning consent, grid connection offer, confirmed turbine layout, investment recommendation or guarantee of development feasibility.
The site remains subject to further assessment, including technical, grid, planning, environmental, aviation, land and commercial due diligence. The project scope and development potential may change as further information becomes available.
